Gerry Gibbon - Manager of The HR SolutionOur aim is to provide businesses with cost effective HR and experienced support in all matters relating to employment without the need to employ expensive, qualified staff internally.

We know where businesses don't have to worry about employment problems and the associated stress managers are free to work on their business and grow it. We are equally passionate about people development and have seen the shift change in business performance created by effective training and better people management.

The company has been established by Gerry Gibbon a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of People Development. Gerry came North in 1985 to help set up the Japanese excavator manufacturer, Komatsu UK Ltd.

Since then he led an award winning culture change at local icon Bonas machine Company and has headed up large HR and Organisation Development operations at a national level in the retail, food, travel and housing industries. Gerry studied with Cranfield school of management for an MBA and is professionally qualified in HR, Employment Law, and executive coaching.
